The Wich Came First co-owners Erin & Ashley bring a combined two decades of experience in Wedding Catering and planning, ensuring expertise and excellent customer service. Additionally, couples can decide to include the food truck/mobile kitchen or leave it out entirely from their package. Service styles can range from buffet to plated meals. You choose every detail to fit.

We offer a customized "Alternate Private Event Menu". Ask Erin & Ashley to provide the ideal menu for your Wedding or Special Event.

We are a one-stop shop for all your event needs. From Casual to Elegant, we can customize your entire experience. Having our food truck/mobile kitchen brings another level of freshness to your guest's meals.

Additional services include bar packages, day-of coordination, floral arrangements, and rental organization. WCF aims to provide you with everything you may need for your Wedding or Event, going beyond catering services to create a memorable experience.
